When
trying to help our clients serve our beers correctly I came across this really
cool chart. It provides the ideal pressure in
PSIG needed to maintain carbonation at a given keg temperature and
elevation. This chart is based on 2.7
Vol. CO2. This volume is common in Anheuser-Busch and MillerCoors products. We are in no way endorsing or saying that this
is what any bar should do, but we do feel that it is a good reference tool. For
